As affected individuals of the County we have a responsibility to address compliance and ethical concerns. For years, the County has maintained an anonymous Compliance Hotline as a mechanism for making compliance reports. To ensure anonymity, the Compliance Hotline is managed through a third party provider. The Compliance Hotline is intended to supplement regular communication channels when necessary. Employees, Board members, Administrators, Managers, Contractors and Agents are encouraged to call the Compliance Hotline with questions concerning ethical or legal conduct or to discuss potentially improper actions, if they do not feel comfortable addressing these concerns through the normal administrative channels. The caller is not recorded, traced or identified, and the caller is not required to furnish their name. Information provided to the Hotline is treated as confidential to the extent permitted by law.
The Compliance Hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
